History The Wilson family have owned and farmed the lands to the south western fringes of Kilcoole since 1967. In the later years the primary market for the products grown were some of the large chains of supermarkets in Ireland. This produce included fresh fruit grown in Glass Houses and vegetables.  In the late 1980's it became apparent that Kilcoole would have a requirement for a high end business campus and it was felt that Bulford Farm was the natural location given it's close proximity to the N11. In 2001 a significant part of the 150 acres of farm lands held by the Wilson family was rezoned under the development plan for the years 2000 to 2005.Re Zoning and Phase I Since the rezoning Ravoc Construction entered into a joint project with Highreach Developments and completed Phase I of the development which comprised of an initial offering of 3 individual blocks consisting of own door light industrial and office units, ranging in size from 175 sq.m. to 285 sq.m.; and comprised a high quality Business Park of 14 light industrial units, 3 own door office units, and approximately 80 car spaces. This development comprised of approximately 60,000 sq.ft of warehouses and small offices. The units were finished to a high standard both internally and externally with attractive landscaped surroundings. Ravoc Construction (the Wilson Family Development Company) successfully completed Phase 1 of Bullford Business Campus in 2006. The sales pattern was strong with 14 of 18 Units sold prior to completion of the construction phase and 17 Units currently sold. Present and Phase II On 11th May 2006 an application was made to Wicklow County Council a further sub phase of the development, to be known as Phase Planning was granted under planning reference 06/5325. Planning permission was obtained on 15th November 2006 for the construction of a further phase of the Business Campus consisting of total of 18 Units in two Blocks (A & F). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
